LONDON (Alliance News) - Clipper Logistics PLC said Wednesday that Senior Independent Director Ronald Series will step down from the board with immediate effect.
Series will leave the company due to a conflict of interest arising in relation to new contracts and business development with the firm.
He has been with the logistics firm since its initial public offering in 2014.
Clipper shares were trading 1.3% higher at 268.52 pence each.
