(Alliance News) - CIP Merchant Capital Ltd said Monday a company owned by two non-executive directors acquired shares worth GBP2.4 million in the private equity firm in a transaction last Friday.
Goldfinch SA, equally owned by CIP Non-Executive Directors Carlo Sgarbi and Marco Fumagalli, bought 4.3 million shares at 56 pence each. Shares in CIP were untraded at 54.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
The total holding of Goldfinch, Sgarbi or Fumagalli after the transaction were not disclosed.
