(Alliance News) - CIP Merchant Capital Ltd said Thursday it acquired a 6% stake in video network firm Brave Bison Group PLC for GBP600,000, marking its sixth investment.
Shares in CIP closed untraded at 64.00 pence in London on Thursday, Brave Bison ended 9.6% higher at 1.89p.
Following the transaction, CIP held 36.3 million shares in Brave Bison. This is equivalent to a 6.0% stake in the AIM-listed firm.

(Sharecast News) - CIP Merchant Capital announced on Monday that it has conditionally agreed to invest a further £1.25m in Brave Bison, by participating in that company's proposed placing to raise £6.2m at a price of 1.35p per share.
