Ceramic Fuel Cells has raised 3.36m pounds as part of its plan to boost its capital reserves.The group has also entered into a so-called Bergen Agreement, by which the investor has agreed to put in a minimum of $3m and up to $8.5m in the company. The investment is in consideration of the firm issuing various securities to the Investor throughout the term of the Bergen Agreement.Shares are being placed with new and existing institutional and other shareholders by Arden Partners.Shares tumbled 24.59% to 1.15p at 10:30 on Monday.
