Cerillion scores largest contract win in company history

Mon, 29th Mar 2021 08:57

(Sharecast News) - Software firm Cerillion has secured its largest-ever contract win, with a ten-year agreement worth a total of $18.4m being signed with an unnamed full-service network operator in Latin America.
Cerillion said on Monday that the contract in Latin America was for the supply and implementation of its enterprise BSS/OSS suite and its convergent solution and also included full support services over the life of the contract.

The AIM-listed group also highlighted that the new contract, together with a smaller £2.7m extension recently secured with an existing customer in Europe, was anticipated to result in the company exceeding current management expectations for pre-tax profit in the year ending 30 September.

Chief executive Louis Hall said: "We are delighted to welcome another national network operator to the Cerillion platform, and are extremely pleased to have reached a new milestone in signing this new, long-term agreement.

"It is our largest new contract win to date and follows recent major new customer wins in Europe and the Middle East."

As of 0855 GMT, Cerillion shares were up 6.70% at 430.0p.
