(Alliance News) - C&C Group PLC said Friday that Stewart Gilliland, interim executive chair, purchased shares in the company.
Gilliland purchased 10,000 shares at a price of GBP3.70 per share, worth GBP37,000.
The company did not disclose how many shares Gilliland had following the transaction.
C&C shares closed 2.5% higher in London at 369.00 pence each on Friday.

(Sharecast News) - Drinks manufacturer C&C Group said on Thursday that it has been encouraged by the way trading has recovered since the gradual reopening in April and that it recorded a "modest" trading profit in May.
