Ryanair Holdings PLC - Dublin-based short-haul airline - Non-Executive Director Geoff Doherty buys 37,500 shares at EUR13.30 each, for EUR498,750 in total. Roisin Brennan, also a non-executive, buys 4,000 shares at just under EUR13.99 each, EUR55,952 in total. Neither director's stake following purchase was stated. Both transactions took place on Friday.

Braveheart Investment Group PLC - investor in small- and medium-sized businesses based in Barnsley, England - Chief Executive Trevor Brown buys 490,000 shares at 11.6 pence each on Friday, GBP56,762 in total. Brown now holds 4.5 million, an 8.6% stake.

Oakley Capital Investments Ltd - investment trust - On Friday, Director David Till buys 49,844 shares in the company at 401.25 pence each, GBP199,999 in total. Till now owns 888,754 shares, a 0.5% stake.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC - Uxbridge-based soft drinks bottler - Non-Executive Director Thomas Johnson buys 4,000 shares across two transactions last week. Johnson buys 2,000 shares at USD45.53 each, USD91,055 in total. This purchase was made on Thursday. On Friday, Johnson buys another 2,000 shares at USD45.39 each, USD90,779 in total.

Lancashire Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based insurance company - Amanda Maloney, spouse of Chief Executive Alex Maloney, buys GBP99,998 worth of shares across two transactions on Thursday. First, 22,135 shares were purchased by GBP3.84 each, before 3,962 more shares were bought at GBP3.79 each. In total, 26,097 shares were bought. Following purchases, CEO Maloney and associates own 910,889 shares, a 0.4% stake.
