LONDON (Alliance News) - Charles Stanley Group PLC said Chief Executive Officer Paul Abberley acquired shares in the investment management company in a transaction on Friday.
Abberley bought 68,500 shares at a price of 290 pence each, totalling GBP298,650.
Shares in Charles Stanley were trading down 3.3% on Friday at 290.00p each.
