DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Card Factory non-exec buys 200,000 shares

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Card Factory PLC - Wakefield, West Yorkshire-based card and gift retailer - Non-Executive Director Tripp Lane buys 200,000 shares at average 53.5 pence, worth GBP107,008, on Thursday and Friday last week.

Conduit Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based reinsurance - Non-Executive Director Richard Sandor buys 7,000 shares at average GBP4.51, worth GBP31,600, on November 4 and Thursday last week.

Assura PLC - Warrington, England-based primary care property investor and developer - Three non-executive directors take part in equity raise. Assura said last week it had raised GBP182 million from a placing of 267.6 million shares at 68.0p each. Directors Jonathan Davies, Sam Barrell and Louise Fowler take 150,000, 29,411 and 14,706 of these, respectively. Davies now has 213,360 shares, while the purchases are the only holdings for Barrell and Fowler.
