Central Asia Metals PLC - copper, zinc and lead explorer operating in Kazakhstan and North Macedonia - Says 2021 copper output at Kounrad asset in Kazakhstan tops guidance, with production of 14,041 tonnes, up 1.3% from 2020. Zinc and lead production at Sasa, North Macedonia "marginally below guidance range". Zinc output at 22,167 tonnes down 6.9% from 2020, lead at 27,202 tonnes, down 8.5%. Notes recent events in Kazakhstan, confirms Kounrad operations unaffected and 2022 to date in line with expectations. Targets 2022 Kounrad output between 12,500 and 13,500 tonnes.
