Cambria Automobiles PLC - Receives letter of intent from River & Mercantile Asset Management saying it will vote in favour of Chief Executive Mark Lavery's buyout of the company. River & Mercantile owns 3.2% of Cambria shares. Lavery now has the support of holders of 43% of Cambria shares.

Current stock price: 78.50 pence

Year-to-date change: up 34%
