Bezant Resources PLC - copper-gold exploration and development company - Says it has served notice of termination of its transaction agreement with Mining & Minerals Industries Holding Pte Ltd. MMIH agreed to buy its 80% stake in the Mankayan copper-gold project in the Philippines but had not met its total funding commitment under the agreement, said Bezant, which is taking steps to recover shares transferred to subsidiary MMJV.
Current stock price: 0.32 pence, down 9.1% on Wednesday
