Burford Capital Ltd - Illinois, US-based finance to the legal market provider - Says subsidiary Burford Capital Holdings (UK) Ltd, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary, has published the final results of its invitation to holders of Burford Capital's GBP90,000,000 6.50% guaranteed bonds due 2022. Burford Capital said the final acceptance amount will be GBP23.9 million in aggregate principal amount of the bonds. The purchase price will be 105% of the principal amount of the bonds and the fund will also pay accrued interest payments. Following the settlement of the offer, GB62.3 million in aggregate principal amount of the bonds will remain outstanding.
