LONDON (Alliance News) - British Empire Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Andrew Robson purchased 2,000 shares on Friday at a price of 447.95 pence each.
Following the transaction, Robson holds 6,300 shares in the trust, representing a 0.0047% stake.
British Empire Trust shares closed down 0.4% to 448.0 pence per share on Friday.
