LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Brown bought 1.3 million shares at a price of 12.50 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Brown holds a total of 6.9 million shares, which represents a 25.35% of the total voting rights. Since late July, Brown has purchased a total of about 3 million shares in the fund operator.
In March, Brown was appointed to the board as a non-executive director, replacing Edward Cunningham, who stood down at the annual general meeting in September 2013.
The stock was trading 5.5% lower at 13.00p Wednesday morning.
