LONDON (Alliance News) - Braveheart Investment Group PLC Wednesday said Non-Executive Director Trevor Brown bought 99,689 shares at a price of 12.50 pence per share Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Brown holds 5.5 million shares, which represents a 20.49% stake in the company.
The stock was trading 3.7% higher at 14.00p Wednesday morning.
