(Alliance News) - Breedon Group PLC said Monday that Clive Watson, a non-executive director, purchased shares in the company.
The construction materials company said Watson purchased 37,000 shares at a price of 89.60 pence per share, worth GBP33,600 in total.
Following the transaction, Watson now has an interest in 72,500 shares, representing 0.004% on the company's total voting rights.
Breedon shares were trading 0.2% lower in London at 89.46 pence each on Monday.
