LONDON (Alliance News) - BlackRock Commodities Income Investment Trust PLC said Friday that Chairman of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee and Director Humphrey van der Klugt has retired.
Van der Klugt will be succeeded by Michael Merton, who is currently a non-executive Director of Cape PLC.
Shares in the investment trust were trading up 1% at 106 pence Friday afternoon.
