Topps Tiles PLC - Leicester-based tile retailer - Average weekly sales in six weeks to August 8 up 13% annually to GBP4.4 million from GBP3.9 million. Improved from GBP3.3 million average in June, GBP1.3 million in May and GBP800,000 in April. Has stopped using furlough scheme and all stores open now.

Portmeirion Group PLC - homewares manufacturer and distributor in Stoke-on-Trent - Acquires remaining 50% stake in Portmeirion Canada Inc from Royal Selangor Inc for CAD1.0 million, about GBP600,000.

Myanmar Strategic Holdings Ltd - developer and operator of consumer businesses in Myanmar - Exchanges contracts with Civetta Capital Ltd to purchase 897,500 shares in Myanmar Investments International Ltd at USD0.68 each, USD610,305 in total. Consideration for minority stake will consist of USD457,725 cash payment and USD152,580 worth of Myanmar Strategic shares.

Eckoh PLC - Hertfordshire-based payments technology firm - Secures six-year contract renewal from Capita PLC worth GBP4 million for provision of services for Transport for London's congestion charge.

Smartspace Software PLC - office space management software and hospitality and ticketing platform - Completes sale of enterprise software business to Four Winds Interactive UK Ltd, receiving GBP4.6 million.

Croma Security Solutions Group PLC - Hampshire-based security services provider - Reinstates 0.75 pence per share interim dividend as Covid-19 hurt was "light". Won contract with Savills PLC to manage security at Edinburgh St James centre, a development scheme in heart of the Scottish city.

Castings PLC - west Midlands-based iron caster - Sees "steady" increase in demand in key truck sector to around 60% of pre-Covid-19 output levels. Sees demand returning to 85% soon and majority of workforce returned from furlough.

Directa Plus PLC - London-based producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products - Reports its graphene enhanced face mask, Co-mask, has been confirmed to have "strong" anti-viral capabilities.

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC - Tyne & Wear-based diagnostic testing kits and instruments maker - SARS-CoV-2 IgM test kit receives regulatory CE mark and is now expected to be available for sale in UK, Europe and other countries which accept CE mark.

Yourgene Health PLC - Manchester-based molecular diagnostics group - Has its prenatal test IONA Nx NIPT workflow approved by Australia's Therapeutics Goods Association as a medical device Class 3. Means Australian distributor Southern Cross Diagnostics can begin sales.

Litigation Capital Management - specialist asset manager and provider of disputes financing - Establishes disputes finance facility with "leading global law firm" DLA Piper.

Deltic Energy PLC - London-based oil & gas exploration investor - Notes Royal Dutch Shell PLC, operator of Licence P2252 in North Sea, has delivered and processed seismic data from Pensacola Zechstein Reef prospect. Deltic and Shell to now work on interpreting data in view of well commitment becoming firm on December 1.

Metal Tiger PLC - natural resources investor - Signs commitment to invest AUD500,000, about GBP273.678, in Pan Asia Metals Ltd's initial public offering in Sydney. Metal Tiger's interest in Pan Asia to increase to 7.5% from 7.3%.

Armadale Capital PLC - Africa-focused natural resources investor - Begins testing of natural flake graphite from its Mahenge graphite project for battery applications. Testing being done alongside Australia's Commonwealth Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation.

Caledonia Mining Corp PLC - Jersey-based gold producer - Second quarter revenue rises 39% annually to USD22.9 million from USD16.5 million. Gold produced during quarter to June 30 rose 6.2% to 13,499 ounces from 12,712 ounces.

Condor Gold PLC - Nicaragua-focused gold explorer - Making "significant progress" in meeting terms of environmental permit for La India open pit development. Has now acquired 85% of land in La India site infrastructure.

Beowulf Mining PLC - Nordic-focused mineral exploration and development company - Secures loan financing from Sweden of SEK12 million, about GBP1.0 million. Funds to be used to restart exploration work in Kosovo.

Bahamas Petroleum Co PLC - Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company - Expects 2P reserves of one million barrels, targets 10 million barrels by end of 2021, 50 million barrels by end of 2025. Producing assets in Trinidad & Tobago currently have output between 400 and 450 barrels of oil per day, targets 2,500 barrels by end of 2021.

KEFI Minerals - gold and copper explorer with projects in Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia - Forecasts Tulu Kapi gold production at 140,000 ounces annually at all-in sustaining costs of USD800 to USD900 per ounce over initial seven years of mining. Notes potential for underground mine, adding 50,000 ounces in annual output.

Xtract Resources PLC - miner based in London - Initial planning for drilling at Bushranger copper-gold exploration project in Australia under way. Plans to drill nine holes. All shareholders of ProspectOre Ltd agree to exchange their shares for Xtract shares. Takeover still needs Australian regulatory consent.
