* Flows to Europe up 33 mcm at 331 mcm/day * Belgium flows down 3 mcm; Germany, Netherlands up 26 mcm Nov 2 (Reuters) - Norwegian gas flows to Europe rose onMonday morning, data from gas system operator Gassco showed. Gas flows to Europe were running at 331 million cubic metres(mcm) per day by 0800 GMT, up 33 mcm from the volumes deliveredon Friday. Germany and the Netherlands saw the biggest increase inflows, rising 26 mcm, but Belgium had 3 mcm less than theprevious business day. Norway has a total gas pipeline capacity of about 350 mcmper day.
