Feb 15 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Friday:

WALL ST DECLINES WITH SLIDE IN WAL-MART SHARES

U.S. stocks headed lower in afternoon trading on Friday asWal-Mart shares fell following a Bloomberg report of slowFebruary sales for the retailer.

The Dow Jones industrial average was down 0.31percent, the Standard & Poor's 500 Index down 0.38percent and the Nasdaq Composite Index down 0.03percent.

** AMICUS THERAPEUTICS INC, $2.85, down 26 pct(1509 ET)

The company said additional data from a late-stage trial ofits experimental drug could not determine its ability to breakdown a kind of fat in kidney blood vessels in Fabry diseasepatients.

** WAL-MART STORES INC, $68.80, down 2.8 pct(1516ET)

Bloomberg quoted a mid-level executive's email as saying theworld's largest retailer had the worst sales start to any monthin seven years in February.

** IPG PHOTONICS CORP $62.63, down 10 pct (1230 ET)

The specialized laser maker reported a quarterly profit thatmissed analysts' expectations as margins fell.

** HERBALIFE LTD, $42.48, up 11 pct (1230 ET)

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn said in a regulatory filingthat he owns 14 million shares, or 13 percent, of theweight-loss and vitamin company and signaled that he is ready tohelp put the company in play.

** XOOM CORP, $22.85, up 42 pct (1230 ET)

Shares of the online money transfer company soared in debut.The company offered 6.3 million shares at $16 each.

** ULTRA PETROLEUM CORP, $15.95, down 5 pct (1232ET)

The natural gas producer reported a lower-than-expectedprofit for the fourth quarter on lower natural gas prices andthe company forecast 2013 production below expectations.

** ELLIE MAE INC, $22.07, up 6 pct (1232 ET)

The company, which makes software for the mortgage industry,posted a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit as revenuesurged 60 percent, and the company guided first-quarter resultswell above Wall Street estimates.

** EHEALTH INC, $19.83, down 21 pct (1232 ET)

The private health insurance exchange forecast 2013 earningsof 61 cents to 71 cents per share on revenue of $168 million to$174 million.

Janney Capital analyst Richard Fetyko said the company couldface disruptions in the market in the fourth quarter of 2013 andthe first quarter of 2014, leading into the implementation ofthe Affordable Care Act.

He said carriers could temporarily pull some plans from themarket in response to guidelines from the Department of Healthand Human Services on the minimum benefits of health plans.

** MILLENNIAL MEDIA INC, $13.96, up 12 pct (1233 ET)

Brokerage Oppenheimer & Co said the company is likely toreport fourth-quarter results at the high end of its forecastciting the company's continued dominance in the mobileadvertising market. Millennial Media is due to report itsfourth-quarter results on Feb. 19.

** TRANSOCEAN LTD, $56.08, down 5 pct (1233 ET)

A federal judge on Thursday accepted a guilty plea by therig contractor for violating the U.S. Clean Water Act along witha $400 million criminal fine for its role in the 2010 disasterat BP Plc's Macondo well.

Deutsche Bank downgraded the company's stock to "sell" from"hold," according to Streetinsider.com.

** QLIK TECHNOLOGIES INC, $26.52, up 16.5 pct (1235ET)

The business software maker's quarterly results beatanalysts' estimates on higher license sales mainly in theAmericas.

At least five brokerages raised the target price on thecompany's stock.

** ON ASSIGNMENT INC, $22.16, down 10 pct (1235 ET)

The staffing company forecast first-quarter earnings in therange of 16 cents to 19 cents per share late on Thursday, wellbelow analysts' expectations of 23 cents per share, according toThomson Reuters I/B/E/S.

** GLEACHER & CO INC, $0.79, down 16 pct (1236ET)

The investment bank said it agreed to sell its mortgagelending unit ClearPoint to Ocwen Financial Corp andended its search for a potential capital infusion or abuyer.

** LOGMEIN INC, $16.86, down 29 pct (1236 ET)

The remote-access software maker forecast first-quarterearnings below analysts' expectations on higher tax rate.

** MEADWESTVACO CORP, $34.85, up 10 pct (1243 ET)

Activist investor Nelson Peltz's Trian Fund Management LPbought about 1.6 million shares of the packaging company, itsaid in a filing on Thursday.

** INCONTACT INC, $7.00, up 15 pct (1237 ET)

The provider of cloud-based contact center solutionsreported fourth-quarter results that beat analysts'expectations, prompting brokerage Roth Capital Partners toupgrade the company's stock to "buy".

Atleast two other brokerages also raised its target price onInContact's stock.

** WABCO HOLDINGS INC, $72.20, up 5 pct (1238 ET)

The maker of braking and suspension systems said sales atits aftermarket business outperformed the global market for busand truck parts in the fourth quarter.

The company said sales at the business grew 9 percent in thequarter ended December, while global production of buses andtrucks fell.

Wabco's aftermarket business sells auto replacement parts torepair shops and fleet operators.

** BURGER KING WORLDWIDE INC, $17.01, up 2.6 pct(1239 ET)

The fast-food chain on Friday reported a 94 percent rise infourth-quarter profit as menu additions drove comparable salesgains in the United States and Canada.

** BEST BUY CO INC $16.47, up 5 percent (1239 ET)

The electronic retailer's shares are bouncing back afternews reports on Wednesday said founder Richard Schulze might notbe making a bid to take the company private, Sanford C.Bernstein analyst Colin McGranahan said.

"There is bullishness in the market about cost cuts andrestructuring that will be announced with the fourth quarternews," he said.

** TRW AUTOMOTIVE HOLDINGS CORP, $61.47, up 2.8 pct(1240 ET)

The auto parts supplier posted a stronger-than-expectedquarterly profit on Friday.

** NATIONAL FINANCIAL PARTNERS CORP $20.20, up 8percent (1241 ET)

The New York-based advisory and brokerage firm reported afourth-quarter profit that topped Wall Street estimates.

** BLACK DIAMOND INC, $7.99, down 4.5 pct (1241 ET)

Brokerage Oppenheimer cut its price target on the stock ofthe action sport equipment supplier to $11 from $12.

The company on Thursday said gross margins in the fourthquarter are expected fall to 36 percent from 39.2 percent lastyear, primarily due to a higher level of discount activity inresponse to a challenging start to the 2012 winter season.

** VF Corp, $158.36, up 4 pct (1242 ET)

The owner of clothing brands like The North Face, Wranglerand Lee, posted a bigger quarterly profit on Friday, as itsflagship brands grew in Asia and other markets, and the companyforecast a strong year ahead.

** GFI GROUP INC, $11.12, up 8 pct (1242 ET)

The brokerage services firm said it will appoint ColinHeffron as chief executive and posted an adjusted loss of 2cents per share for the fourth quarter.

** CBS CORP, $44.09, up 3 pct (1243 ET)

The company reported a 6 percent gain in fourth-quarterprofit on Thursday, boosted by political advertising on its TVnetworks and higher revenue from cable channel fees.

** B&G FOODS INC, $29.96, down 7 pct (1243 ET)

The company reported a fourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** INSIGHT ENTERPRISES INC, $19.42, down 5 pct(1244 ET)

The technology distributor reported a 40 percent drop infourth-quarter profit on Thursday as sales fell in North Americaand the Asia Pacific.

** GENTHERM INC, $15.25, up 5 percent (1244 ET)

The maker of seat systems and cup holders said it would buyall the shares of WET Automotive Systems AG owned byDeutsche Balaton AG, the automotive thermal control andelectronic components maker's largest shareholder.

"The acquisition of the shares by Gentherm is a major stepin completing its acquisition of WET," the company said in astatement.

** KORN/FERRY INTERNATIONAL, $18.98, up 6 pct(1244ET)

Suntrust Robinson Humphrey raised its rating on theexecutive search company to "buy" from "neutral", according toStreetinsider.com.

** ABBVIE INC, $37.47, up 3 pct (1245 ET)

The pharmaceutical company, which was spun off in January byAbbott Laboratories, declared a cash dividend of 40cents per share and authorized a share repurchase program of upto $1.5 billion of its outstanding common stock.

** ARMOUR RESIDENTIAL REIT INC, $6.57, down 2 pct(1245 ET)

Deutsche Bank cut its rating on the real estate investmenttrust to "hold" from "buy", according to Benzinga.com.

** AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES INC, $42.67, down 4.3 pct(1246 ET)

The medical device maker cut its outlook for 2013 afterreporting first-quarter results below analysts' estimates assales of its electronic instruments declined.

**RUTH'S HOSPITALITY GROUP INC, $8.16, up 5 pct(1023 ET)

Ruth's Hospitality reported fourth-quarter adjusted earningscomfortably above Wall Street estimates, helped by higher salesat its Chris Steak House restaurants.

** DATALINK CORP, $9.94, up 7 pct (1246 ET)

The company, which manages servers and networks, reported afourth-quarter profit that missed analysts' expectations.

** DIRECTV, $49.50, down 1.5 pct (1246 ET)
