HOUSTON, Aug 9 (Reuters) - BP Plc continued onTuesday to restore production at its 413,500-barrel-per-day(bpd) Whiting, Indiana, refinery, said sources familiar withplant operations.
A BP spokesman declined on Tuesday to discuss operations atthe refinery.
The refinery was ramping up production on the 60,000-bpdreformer and returning a wastewater treatment plant to normalproduction, the sources said.
The reformer was shut and the wastewater plant malfunctionedover the July 29-30 weekend. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Jeffrey Benkoe)
