HOUSTON, Jan 14 (Reuters) - BP Plc was continuing therestart of a 60,000-barrel-per-day (bpd) catalytic reformer atits 413,500 bpd Whiting, Indiana, refinery on Wednesday, saidsources familiar with plant operations.
The reformer, which converts refining by-products intooctane-boosting additives for gasoline, was shut by a poweroutage over the weekend and began the restart process onTuesday, according to the sources.
