LONDON (Dow Jones)--BP PLC's plans to sell up to $12 billion of assets to Apache Corp. (APA) are moving swiftly, U.K. newspaper the Sunday Times reports. Sources close to the deal suggest it could be done by the time BP reveals its half-year earnings July 27, the paper said.
