(Sharecast News) - Lottery operator Boxhill Technologies has been encouraged by trading since the return of its shares to London's AIM market from suspension.Boxhill revealed Prize Provision Services, which operates as an External Lottery Manager licensed by the Gambling Commission, continued to make progress with its first scratch cards being rolled out with Bolton based charity Families and Babies ordering 5,000 cards.Elsewhere, the Lincoln City Academy Sports Club lottery held its first draw after transferring administration of its lottery to PPS in order to raise money for the club's academy.Month-on-month volume "increased significantly" during February and Boxhill said early indications were "positive"; however, the group did warn it was" too early to tell whether this will be sustained".Boxhill concluded by assuring investors that previously announced activities were "all progressing to plan" and noting that it would provide a further update "once the trend becomes clearer".Chief executive Graeme Paton said: "The board is very encouraged by progress across the business and the benefit of the trading in the company's shares returning from suspension is clear."We will provide further updates as they become necessary but we are delighted by the increase in activity over the last few weeks."As of 1215 GMT, Boxhill shares had shot up 21.98% to 0.061p.
