LONDON (Alliance News) - Blue Star Capital PLC Wednesday said it has raised a further GBP50,000 before expenses, citing additional demand from investors, issuing 9.1 million new shares at a price of 0.55 pence per share.
In a statement, Blue Star Capital said the proceeds will be used to provide working capital and support the current portfolio of investments.
Following admission, the company will have 471.7 million shares in issue.
Blue Star had earlier Wednesday raised GBP175,000 in a share subscription, issuing 31.8 million shares at the same price per share, a discount to its 0.725 pence closing price on Tuesday.
Blue Star Capital shares were Wednesday quoted down 16% at 0.61 pence.
