Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC - Glasgow-based connectivity provider for financial markets - For the six months ended December 31, underlying pretax profit drops 8.3% to GBP550,000 from GBP600,000 the year before; however, reported pretax profit rises by 28% to GBP500,000 from GBP390,000.
Revenue grows 24% year-on-year to GBP5.3 million from GBP4.3 million, of which 91% is recurring. Meanwhile annualised committed monthly recurring revenue is up 18% to GBP12 million from GBP10.2 million.
Declares interim dividend of 0.20 pence, in line with the year before.
Looking ahead, ACMRR as at February 28 increases to GBP12.8 million, while second half revenue and margins will benefit from growth in existing and new customers. Also notes continued continued expansion of tier one customer deployments.
