(Alliance News) - Begbies Traynor Group on Tuesday said Company Secretary John Humphrey sold GBP31,500 worth of shares in a transaction on Monday.
Humphrey sold 35,000 shares at a price of 90.00 pence per share.
The business recovery, financial advisory & property services consultancy did not state Humphrey's holdings in the company following the sale.
Shares in Begbies Traynor were trading 1.9% higher at 91.75 pence per share on Tuesday morning in London.
