LONDON (Alliance News) - Bacanora Lithium PLC said Tuesday its "significant" shareholder Cadence Minerals PLC does not have insider information of a potential Bacanora Lithium equity raise.
Responding to speculation arising from a webinar held by Cadence Minerals, which holds a 9.2% stake in Bacanora Lithium.
Bacanora Lithium said: "The company would like to reiterate that Cadence Minerals is not an insider to Bacanora and neither it nor any other shareholder is in possession of any inside information regarding a potential equity raise or any other funding matters."
Shares in Bacanora Lithium were down 2.9% Tuesday at 25.50 pence each. Cadence Minerals was up 1.0% at 0.13p.
