(Alliance News) - BB Healthcare Trust PLC on Tuesday said it has renewed and amended its multi-currency facility.
The FTSE 250-listed healthcare-focused investor stated the lender has been changed from Scotiabank (Ireland) Designated Activity Co to The Bank of Nova Scotia, London branch. It added that under the terms of the amended facility, it is allowed to draw down up to USD150 million, up from GBP100 million as at January 2019.
The new facility will expire in January 2022.
Shares in BB Healthcare were trading 1.6% higher at 191.50 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
