(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Ceres Power Holdings PLC - fuel cells - Hires Mark Garrett as chief operating officer from August 10. Garrett was COO at transport engineering services firm Ricardo PLC, which had announced on Tuesday that he was stepping down "to pursue other interests" after 22 years with the company.

Seeing Machines Ltd - monitoring technology - Hires Michael Brown as non-executive director, effective immediately. Brown is a portfolio manager at Lombard Odier Investment Managers.

Salt Lake Potash Ltd - Lake Way sulphate of potash project in Western Australia - Hires Matt Bungey as non-executive director from Thursday. Bungey is a chemical engineer who worked at miner BHP PLC and most recently as head of Mining & Metals at Barclays Investment Bank, part of Barclays PLC.

Iconic Labs PLC - new media and technology - Hires Katharine Lewis as non-executive director. Lewis is a journalist and former manager at financial data firm Bloomberg. Lewis also worked for television and entertainment company Fremantle and started FutureSmartMedia, a media consulting business.

Jangada Mines PLC - Pitombeiras vanadium project in Brazil - Louis Castro to resign from board on August 15 to "pursue other business ventures".

Aminex PLC - gas field development in Tanzania - Harald van Dongen and Jan Opsal appointed as non-executive directors, as Ola Fjeld steps down, all with immediate effect. Van Dongen and Opsal are the picks of major Aminex shareholder Eclipse Investments LLC. Van Dongen is value assurance manager at ARA Petroleum LLC, a company associated with Eclipse. Opsal is founder and CEO of Searcher Geoservices in Norway.

Goldplat PLC - gold producer in South Africa, Ghana and Kenya - Hires Gerard Kisbey-Green as non-executive director, returning to the board after having served from 2014 to 2019.

Malvern International PLC - learning and skills development - Ramasamy Jayapal resigns as non-executive director, effective immediately.
