(Sharecast News) - Barclays chief executive Jes Staley and finance director Tushar Morzaria have agreed to give up their pay increases until at least 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The bank had already announced that both Staley and Morzaria had offered to donate a third of their fixed salary for the next six months to charitable causes supporting vulnerable people impacted by Covid-19.
The bank had also announced that the release of the first portion of Staley and Morzaria's 2017 long term incentive plan awards, which were due to vest in June 2020, would be delayed.
