Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach buys 50,252 shares via Gemsstock Ltd at GBP14.30 and GBP14.67, worth GBP727,947, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breach had bought GBP563,635 in Bank of Georgia shares earlier this month and GBP3.6 million in March.
