Avingtrans PLC - Cambridgeshire-based provider of systems and services for energy, medical and industrial sectors - Shareholder Nigel Wray intends to sell up to 3.3 million shares in the company, reflecting up to 10% of Avingtrans's issued share capital.
N+1 Singer is acting as sole bookrunner. Avingtrans will not receive any proceeds from the placing, and Wray will no longer have any interests following the sale.
