(Alliance News) - Aurora Investment Trust PLC on Monday announced the appointments of Rachael Robathan and Lucy Walker as non-executive directors, effective immediately.

The company also announced the current audit committee Chair Richard Martin has stepped down, and Steve Tatters has left as a director.
