LONDON (Alliance News) - Arricano Real Estate PLC Tuesday said that the temporary ban of the RayOn shopping and entertainment site in Ukraine has been dismissed.
In a statement on March 12, the retail real estate operator in Ukraine said that a claim had been lodged with the Commercial Court in Kiev contesting its ownership of the Shopping and Entertainment Complex RAYON, one of five shopping malls it owns and operates.
Arricano said Tuesday that the temporary ban on the site has now been dismissed, and all restriction on the company relating to the ruling have been lifted.
"We can now continue to progress the various value enhancing opportunities we have identified in the RayOn Complex," said Chief Executive Yarema Kovaliv in a statement.
Arricano shares were untraded Tuesday at USD2.50.
