Says workings are up to 30 metres wide and 100 metres long. "We are pleased to report that, following recent reconnaissance exploration by the company's Egyptian field team, 14 hard rock gold workings have been discovered at the Gabal Al-Shaluhl and Wadi Jundi projects, with an additional 35 targets still to be visited," Chief Executive Steven Poulton says.

----------

Arc Minerals Ltd - copper and cobalt explorer in Zambia - Says an ex-parte order in relation to Zamsort Ltd and Handa Resources Ltd, two Arc units, has been set aside by a court in Arc's favour. Arc notes the order purported to prevent Zamsort and Handa from "disposing of, alienating or encumbering" mineral tenements.

----------

Orosur Mining Inc - South American gold exploration and development company - Receives assey results for five more diamond drillholes at Anza asset, Colombia. "The decision by our partners to take over operatorship of Anza was both positive and welcome, being testament to how two of the world's largest gold miners see the region. The handover process is substantially complete. The financial and technical resources that can now be brought to bear are without parallel and we look forward to them substantially ramping up activity," Chief Executive Brad George says. Notes that of company's land package, two major areas are still at application stage, these are areas which contain the La Cejita and Jesuitas prospects. Orosur adds: "With acceleration of work under the exploration agreement, it is hoped to advance these into granted status as quickly as possible, however this process requires, among other things, substantial public hearings, which have only recently begun again, after a long abeyance during Covid-19. The company is currently seeking to accelerate this process now that Covid-19 is beginning to abate in the region."

----------

Panther Metals PLC - Malaysia-based company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia - Reports soil sampling survey results from Dotted Lake. Succeeds in delineating a 1.3 kilometre zone of shear-related gold. In addition, "further four distinct gold anomalies" spotted. "Whilst we wait for the core from Panther's Dotted Lake diamond drill hole to be assayed, we are planning a work programme to follow-up on these exciting findings, and we look forward to sharing more information in due course," Chief Executive Darren Hazelwood says.

----------

Xtract Resources PLC - London-based metals and minerals producer - Says drillholes BRDD-21-024 and BRDD-21-025 of Racecourse prospect spot "visible copper mineralisation". BRDD-21-025, meanwhile, "may indicate the potential for a cluster of mineralised porphyry intrusions".

----------

Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based investor in Minto Explorations Ltd - Says Minto Explorations to move forward with reverse takeover of 1246778 BC Ltd. Duo strike "amended and restated amalgamation agreement". Pembridge adds: "The amended and restated amalgamation agreement now agreed between Minto and 778 reflects certain changes since the original amalgamation agreement dated 14 June 2021 in relation to the reverse takeover of 778 by Minto, which will form a resulting issuer to be named Minto Metals Corp. The main change is that Minto will implement a share consolidation on a ratio of one post-consolidation share to every 12 pre-consolidation shares."

----------

Katoro Gold PLC - gold and nickel exploration and development company - Receives request from Target Mine Consulting to extend delivery of initial public offering documentation in relation to float of Blyvoor joint venture. Estimated net asset value at September 30 is GBP3.26 per share.
