Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC - London-based private and commercial banking - Says it has made good start to first four months of year. New loan originations have totalled GBP247 million an increase of 57% compared to the same period in the prior year. Assets under management as at April 30, totalled GBP1.21 billion, an increase of 16% on the prior year and 5% higher than December 31. Bank continues to see strong inflows of customer deposits with total balances at April 30, standing at GBP2.6 billion, an increase of 24% over the prior year and 10% since December 31.
