LONDON (Alliance News) - Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC said Finance Director James Cobb bought 5,000 shares at a price of 1,338 pence per share on Monday.
The purchase represents Cobb's only holding in the lender.
The stock was up 0.4% at 1,310.00p Monday.
