(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Next PLC - Leicester-based clothing and homewares retailer - Chief Executive Simon Wolfson is appointed a non-executive director of Deliveroo, effective Monday and ahead of the meals delivery firm's planned initial public offering. Deliveroo, in which the US's Amazon.com Inc is a 16% shareholder, said on Sunday a fund raising round has valued the company at more than USD7.0 billion. It is the first external appointment accepted by Wolfson since he became chief executive of the Next two decades ago, according to the Times newspaper.

J Sainsbury PLC - London-based supermarket chain - David Keens will not seek re-election as non-executive director at July annual general meeting, having served on the board since 2015. Says a search for a replacement has begun.

----------

SolGold PLC - copper-gold explorer in Ecuador - CEO Nicholas Mather to retire on March 31, after 13 years in post. Independent Non-Executive Director Keith Marshall will be interim CEO until a new permanent CEO is hired. Mather will remain on the board as a non-executive director. "Nick Mather has made an incredible contribution to the success and growth of SolGold, having taken the company from a market capitalization of USD40 million in 2006 to over USD1 billion" says SolGold Chair Liam Twigger.

----------

Xpediator PLC - freight management services in UK and Central and Eastern Europe - Hires Michael Williamson as chief financial officer, starting March 1. Williamson is currently global director of finance & controlling and regional CFO of Northern Europe for Rohlig Logistics, an international freight forwarder.

Also hires Taru Jain as business development director for Asia. Jain was an executive director at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a contract research and manufacturing company in India.

----------

Curtis Banks Group PLC - Bristol-based provider of self-invested personal pensions - Hires Jill Lucas as non-executive director and chair of Dunstan Thomas, a fin-tech firm bought by Curtis Banks back in August. Lucas is a non-executive director of NS&I, the UK government-owned savings bank. Previously, she was chief information officer for broker Towergate Insurance.

----------

Amino Technologies PLC - Cambridge-based streaming video technology - Hires Steve Oetegenn as non-executive director. Until last year, Oetegenn was president of Verimatrix, a provider of revenue security solutions to the pay TV and on-line video industry.

----------

To remains a director of Genostics Co Ltd, part of Gene Group Holdings Ltd, and Genostics remains a significant shareholder in Oncimmune.
