LONDON (Alliance News) - Allied Minds PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Fritz Foley as an independent non-executive director.
The intellectual property commercialization company said Foley is a professor & senior associate dean for strategic financial planning at Harvard Business School, where his research focuses on corporate finance.
Prior to that, he taught at the University of Michigan Business School.
"We are delighted to welcome Fritz Foley to the board of Allied Minds," said Chairman Peter Dolan. "His insights and network as a highly respected corporate finance specialist will be invaluable to the board."
Shares in Allied minds were trading 1.1% higher at 108.00 pence each on Thursday.
