Arian Silver Begins Plant Refurbishment Programme In Mexico

Mon, 04th Nov 2013 13:25

LONDON (Alliance News) - Arian Silver Corporation Monday said it has made a positive start to its refurbishment programme at the company's recently purchased El Bote processing plant in Mexico.

The silver exploration, development and production company, with projects in the Zacatecas silver belt of Mexico, said the refurbishment programme includes the reconditioning of the plant, before its dismantling, transportation and reinstallation at the company's San Jose project

Arian Silver said successful commissioning of the plant and development of the San Jose mine will give Arian the capacity to achieve a scale of production that will create a robust project.

The company said it expects the initial stage of the plant, providing a capacity of 750 tonnes of silver per day, to be commissioned towards the end of 2014.

Arian Silver shares were down 9.9% to 32.65 pence Monday afternoon.
