Online Blockchain PLC - holds 18% stake in investor website operator ADVFN PLC and incubates developers of blockchains and cryptocurrencies - Raises GBP400,000 on Friday via placing of 1.8 million shares at 22 pence through ETX Capital. Cash will be used for continued development and upcoming launches of existing crypto and blockchain-based products. Every two placing shares come with one warrant to buy a share at 32p for the next two years.
Current stock price: 23.60p, up 4.9% on Monday, for GBP2.0 million market capitalisation
Year-to-date change: up 75%
