AFC Energy PLC - hydrogen power generation technology developer - Raised GBP31.6 million in oversubscribed placing and subscription. Initially planned to raise GBP30 million. AFC Energy said: "The proceeds of the fundraising will be used to support the continued development of the company as it moves from the development phase of its products and technology into the manufacture and commercialisation of them."

Current stock price: 19.10 pence

Year-to-date change: up 1.1%
