LONDON (Alliance News) - AdEPT Telecom PLC Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Ian Fishwick sold 290,000 shares at a price of 120 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Fishwick holds 1.2 million shares, which represents 5.4% stake in the firm.
Shares in the telecommunications company were down 1.5% at 123.19 pence Wednesday.
