(Alliance News) - Natural resources-focused investment firm Armadale Capital PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Amne Suedi as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Suedi is currently chief executive officer and founder of Kenya-based law firm Shikana Law Group for seven years since 2013.
"We are delighted to welcome Amne to the board at what continues to be a very exciting time in the company's development. Amne will provide the company with great value and counsel from her significant experience of working with and advising Africa-based investment companies," said Chair Nick Johansen.
Shares in Armadale Capital were down 2.7% at 3.21 pence on Tuesday in London.
