Acal Appoints Trifast Chairman And Dialight Non-Executive To Board

LONDON (Alliance News) - Electronic components manufacturer Acal PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Tracey Graham and Malcolm Diamond to its board as non-executive directors.

Graham is a non-executive director at Dialight PLC, the lighting technology company, while Diamond is the executive chairman of Trifast PLC, the industrial fastenings company, and non-executive chairman of Flowtech Fluidpower PLC, the fluid power products distributor.

Shares in Acal were down 1.1% to 252.25 pence on Thursday.
