(Sharecast News) - AB Dynamics said on Wednesday that Robert Hart has decided to step down as chief financial officer.The company, which designs, manufactures and supplies advanced testing systems and measurement products, said it has begun the formal recruitment process for a successor. Hart will continue to serve as CFO and remain a director of the company until the end of July 2019.Chairman Tony Best said: "Rob has played a significant role in the growth of ABD and, on behalf of the board and colleagues, I would like to thank him personally for his contribution to the business."Rob joined the company in 2008 and has supported us through our successful IPO in 2013 and more recently as we have diversified our product set to take advantage of the significant opportunities in ADAS testing and simulation. I, together with other members of the board, wish him well for the future."At 1600 GMT, the shares were down 0.3% to 1,545.18p.
