(Alliance News) - All Active Asset Capital Ltd on Friday said it will raise GBP1.3 million through a proposed placing of 126 million shares at 1 pence each.
The stock was trading 3.2% higher on Friday afternoon in London at 1.21p each.
The placing has been arranged by the investment company's joint broker Peterhouse Capital.
All Active said the proceeds of the placing - which is conditional on shareholder approval - will be used to provide additional working capital as well as to make further investments in companies with at least a majority of operations in Europe or the Asia-Pacific region.
Following admission, All Active's share capital will comprise 816.1 million shares.
