(Sharecast News) - End-to-end digital music solutions provider 7Digital's joint venture eMusic Live will livestream Alfie Boe and Friends at the Savoy Hotel in a global exclusive.
7Digital will livestream the multi-camera, hour-long concert that includes guests such as Gary Barlow, Amanda Holden, Freddie Fox and Jason Manford.
In addition to music performances, the livestream will also make use of a range of commercial and engagement tools available through eMusic Live, including exclusive merchandise, fan live chat and VIP experiences.
Chief executive Paul Langworthy said: "The magic of eMusic Live is that it creates immersive livestreams for artists seeking new ways to monetise performances and engage with global audiences. Since its launch, the platform has already hosted more than 50 livestreamed performances, and we are set to unveil a swathe of exciting shows in the weeks and months to come.
"We expect this to increase further following our livestream event with Alfie Boe which will act as a showcase for eMusic Live in the UK. We look forward to updating the market on the success of eMusic Live and its contribution to the growth of 7Digital."
